It's called Padma 28 in some parts of Europe and Padma Basic in the USA, Canada and other countries. The only difference is one ingredient, aconite. The Padma 28 has 1mg of aconite. The USA recognizes aconite as a poison and won't allow it in the formula here. The action of both formulas appears to be identical.
