Product Return Policy

 

EcoNugenics, Inc. ( “we”, “us” or “our”) values your satisfaction from purchasing and using our products. If you don't like our product, with our first-order money-back guarantee you can request a refund for your first order within 30 days of the purchase date (“Warranty Period”) of your first order with us by sending an email to customercare@econugenics.com.

 

Our Subscription Terms of Service states that subscription cancellation requests that are made after a recurring subscription order is processed will take effect for the next scheduled order. We are not able to make changes to subscription orders that have already been processed. Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that are canceled after an order has been processed.

 

Our Return Authorization Process.


As a condition for our processing of a product return, the person seeking to return the product must call our Customer Care Center and obtain an authorization number within the above 30-day Warranty Period. We will not process return products that do not have an authorization number, refused shipments, or orders marked “Return to Sender.” In addition, our processing of returns shall be conditional upon the product being returned in its proper packaging, together with either a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in order to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.

It normally takes up to 15 business days for all returns to process from the date on which the products arrived at our warehouse. Please note that this time frame is an estimate rather than a guarantee and that we will not be responsible for any delays.
