Product Return Requirements
- All returns require prior approval from our Customer Care department. You must call before returning any product.
- We accept unopened, resalable product in original condition provided it is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns of partial bundles purchased with a Quantity Discount (ex. buy seven, get three free) will be charged full list price for the bottles opened/kept by customer, plus a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Broken or Damaged Bottles
- If you receive a damaged package, please contact Customer Care immediately at the number above.
- Think Green: reduce, reuse, recycle - save shipping boxes for 10 business days in case a return is necessary.
