Product Return Policy

EcoNugenics, Inc. ( “we”, “us” or “our”) values your satisfaction from purchasing and using our products. If you’re not satisfied with your supplement purchase, you may return unused products purchased by you, in their original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date (“Warranty Period”) for a full refund of the purchase price of the product (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs). We are unable to accept a return on empty and/or on products held past their expiration date or for products submitted for return after the above 30-day time frame. Returns of partial bundles purchased with a quantity discount (for example – 3 or 6 pack) will be charged at full list price for the bottles kept by the customer.

Our Return Authorization Process. As a condition for our processing of a product return, the person seeking to return the product must call our Customer Care Center and obtain an authorization number within the above 30-day Warranty Period. We will not process return products that do not have an authorization number, refused shipments, or orders marked “Return to Sender.” In addition, our processing of returns shall be conditional upon the product being returned in its proper packaging, together with either a copy of the original invoice or packing slip in order to be eligible for return.

It normally takes up to 15 business days for all returns to process from the date on which the products arrived at our warehouse. Please note that this time frame is an estimate rather than a guarantee and that we will not be responsible for any delays.
