PectaSol should be taken apart from food (30 minutes before or 1.5 hours after) to maximize absorption.

For best results, take PectaSol at an active dose of 15 grams per day. Active dose (max. level support) is 5 grams three times per day. Maintenance dose (min. level support) is 5 grams one time per day. As a dietary supplement, for maximum support, take one 5 gram scoop 3 times daily with liquid on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Put one 5 gram scoop of PectaSol into your glass. Add your liquid (water, juice, tea or coffee). Water is best, but some people do use other liquids, such as juice. It's best to stir immediately upon adding the liquid and even better solubility results may be seen if using warm liquid. Unflavored Modified Citrus Pectin has a very mild, bland taste.

PectaSol can be stored in a cool, dry place; it is not necessary to store it in the refrigerator. PectaSol is a very stable material, and can withstand temperatures up to 120 degrees F.

PectaSol undergoes very precise changes in its structure through a proprietary pH and heat-controlled enzymatic process, to produce the only proven effective form of Modified Citrus Pectin.

Yes, cats and dogs can take the unflavored powder, we recommend against giving them Lime-Fusion because it contains stevia. Average, mid-sized dogs may take 1 scoop daily. Cats should take only ½ scoop or less, as they are smaller. This can be put in their water dish.
