Lemon Garlic Salmon
Perfect for lunch or dinner, this nutrient-packed fish dish comes together quickly and provides essential omega-3 fatty acids for detoxification and overall health
Ingredients:
- 4 wild-caught salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive, avocado, or coconut oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, add oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a salad.
