Lemon Garlic Salmon

Perfect for lunch or dinner, this nutrient-packed fish dish comes together quickly and provides essential omega-3 fatty acids for detoxification and overall health


  • 4 wild-caught salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive, avocado, or coconut oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, add oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon garlic butter sauce over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a salad.
